Analysis of American Regulations Based on Direction Indicator Lamp

摘　　要：国家标准(GB)、联合国(UN)法规是目前车灯行业内较为熟知的法规,对其内容的理解也已基本趋于成熟。但是作为另一法规体系的美规与之有着较大不同。美国使用自认证管理程序并且具有严格的市场监督体系,对于美规的正确理解是稳步迈入美国市场的重要一环。本文主要从转向灯的角度出发,分析美国联邦机动车安全标准FMVSS 108与GB、UN之间的差异,提出产品设计时需要考察的注意点。GB and UN are well-known regulations in the automotive lighting industry and the understanding of their contents has basically reached a consensus.However,as another regulation system,FMVSS 108 is quite different from them.Since the United States uses a self-certification management procedure and has a strict market supervision system,a correct understanding of FMVSS 108 is an important part of entering the US market.This paper mainly analyzes the differences between FMVSS 108,GB and UN from the perspective of the direction indicator lamp.Besides,it also puts forward some key points that need to be concerned during the design process.
