摘 要:以高直链淀粉为主要原料,四乙氧基硅烷及甘油做改性剂,制备出一种拉伸强度高、亲水性可调节的改性淀粉薄膜。采用旋转黏度计、万能试验机、接触角测量仪对淀粉溶液的黏度、淀粉薄膜的拉伸强度、接触角进行测试分析。结果表明:四乙氧基硅烷及甘油可以极大改善淀粉薄膜的综合性能,添加2 g四乙氧基硅烷,3 g甘油时,性能最优,可以将淀粉溶液黏度降低69.36%,拉伸强度提高35.29%,同时极大提高淀粉薄膜的亲水性。A modified starch film with high tensile strength and adjustable hydrophilicity was prepared with high amylose as main material with tetraethoxysilane and glycerin modified. The viscosity of starch solution,tensile strength of starch film and contact angle were tested and analyzed by rotary viscometer, universal testing machine and contact angle measuring instrument. The results show that tetraethoxysilane and glycerol can greatly improve the comprehensive properties of starch films. When adding 2 g tetraethoxysilane and 3 g glycerol, the performance is the best. The viscosity of starch solution was reduced by 69.36%, tensile strength was increased by 35.29%, and hydrophilicity of starch film was greatly improved.
