摘　　要：文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容,为兵团文化发展指明了方向。兵团先进文化示范区建设,要以促进新疆一体多元文化格局,建设各民族共有精神家园,提升各族人民群众的现代文明素质,增强兵团综合文化实力为目标。当前,兵团文化事业与文化产业发展中均存在薄弱环节,导致先进文化示范作用发挥不足,因此必须坚持以中华文化为主体,以兵团城市为中心,以乡村为重点,深入实施文化润疆工程,全面提升兵团综合文化实力,为更好履行兵团特殊职责使命,促进新疆社会稳定和长治久安提供文化支撑。“Cultural Replenishment of Xinjiang”is an important part of the Party’s strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era and has indicated the development direction of XPCC(Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps).The construction of advanced cultural demonstration area for XPCC should aim at promoting the multiple-cultural unity pattern,building a common spiritual home for all ethnic groups,improving the quality of modern civilization for all ethnic groups,and enhancing the soft power of XPCC culture in Xinjiang.At present,there are weak links in the cultural undertakings and cultural industries in XPCC,resulting in insufficient demonstration of advanced culture.It is necessary to adhere to the principle of taking Chinese culture as the main body and the XPCC cities as the centers to enhance the cultural radiation of XPCC.It is also necessary to follow the rules of culture itself,to gradually spread advanced culture,to strengthen the“five identifications”,and to consolidate community consciousness of the Chinese nation.
