摘 要:核电站反应堆正朝着高安全性、高燃耗及长运行周期发展.锆合金是关键的核燃料棒包壳材料,包壳管通过焊接方法与端塞形成连接,对燃料棒起到密封和隔绝作用.锆合金的高温性能,尤其是其焊接接头的服役性能是反应堆安全运行的重要保障.详细介绍了常用锆合金材料的物理、力学性能,涉及的锆合金包括国产化的Zr-4合金、N36合金和CZ合金.对锆合金管-端塞接头的焊接工艺方法进行了总结,重点阐述了近年来锆合金燃料棒包壳管与端塞接头的电阻对焊研究成果.总结了锆合金电阻对焊接头显微组织特征和服役性能,并对包壳管与端塞电阻对焊方法的研究方向进行了展望.Nuclear power plant reactors are developing towards high safety,high fuel consumption and long operating cycles.Zirconium alloy is the key nuclear fuel rod cladding material.The cladding tube is connected with the end plug by welding to seal and insulate the fuel rods.The high temperature performance of zirconium alloy,especially the service performance of its welded joints,is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the reactor.The physical and mechanical properties of commonly used zirconium alloy materials were introduced in detail.The zirconium alloys involved include domestically produced Zr-4 alloy,N36 alloy,and CZ alloy.The welding process method of the zirconium alloy tube-end plug joint was summarized,and the research results of resistance butt welding between zirconium alloy fuel rod cladding tube and end plug joint were mainly described.The microstructure characteristics and service performance of zirconium alloy resistance butt welding joints were summarized.The research direction of resistance butt welding of cladding tubes and end plugs was prospected.
