摘 要:以废弃牛毛提取的角蛋白为原料,丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,添加填料凹凸棒石(ATP)制备角蛋白基吸水性保水剂(KAP),对KAP进行了IR、XRD、TG-DTA和SEM表征,并对其吸水性、保水性和对土壤pH的影响以及在土壤中的生物降解性等性能进行了研究.结果表明,与角蛋白特征峰相比,KAP酰胺I和酰胺II带的特征峰蓝移,并在1451 cm^(-1)出现C-N的吸收峰,表明AA接枝成功;KAP比角蛋白的最高分解温度提高了81℃,表明热稳定性提高;ATP均匀分散在表面呈现多孔状的KAP三维结构中;KAP土埋40天后的降解率为23.54%,在55℃温度下可以持续保水超过12 h.The synthesis principle of keratin based absorbent polymer is polymerization initiated by extracted keratin from abandoned bovine hair as raw material,acrylic acid(AA) as grafting monomer,potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator,N,N-methylene double acrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent,attapulgite(ATP) as filler preparation of keratin water imbibition water retention agent(KAP).KAP was characterized by IR,XRD,TG-DTA and SEM,as well as performances such as water absorption,water retention and effects on soil pH,and biodegradability in soil was studied.The results showed that compared with the characteristic peaks of keratin,the characteristic peaks of the KAP amide I and amide II bands were blue shifted and the absorption peak of C-N appeared at 1 451 cm^(-1),indicating the success of AA grafting;the maximum decomposition temperature of KAP was increased by 81 ℃ compared to keratin,indicating improved thermal stability;ATP was uniformly dispersed in the three-dimensional structure of the surface structure of porous KAP;the degradation rate of KAP was 23.54% after 40 days of soil burial,and KAP could retain water for more than 12 h at a temperature of 55 ℃.
