摘  要:筛选低摩擦医疗导管材料对降低因医疗导管表面摩擦较高而诱发的术后病发症,提高微创介入医疗手术质量意义重大.高分子水凝胶作为一种与人体组织结构相似的粘弹性含水材料,在低摩擦医疗导管材料中占有重要地位.此外,导管材料在使用过程中直接接触血液系统,不可避免地发生蛋白质吸附.因此,研究低荷载下,蛋白质吸附对高分子水凝胶材料表面摩擦行为的影响对设计低摩擦医疗导管具有重要指导意义.本工作研究了低荷载情况下,不同化学结构高分子水凝胶的摩擦行为,分析了水凝胶电荷(正电荷、负电荷、中性)、荷载、滑动速率、滑动基板及牛血清白蛋白吸附对摩擦行为的影响.PDMAAm水凝胶表面吸附蛋白质后,原本中性的水凝胶表面转变为略带有负电荷的表面,因此,相较于略带负电荷的PDMAAm水凝胶滑动基板,其与强负电荷的PNaAMPS水凝胶滑动基板之间产生更强的界面间的排斥作用,从而在滑动界面产生更厚的水润滑层,导致低摩擦行为.Screening medical catheter materials having the capability of low friction is of great significance to reduce postoperative morbidity caused by high surface friction of medical catheter,and further to improve the quality of minimally invasive interventional medical surgery.As a viscoelastic material similar to human tissue,hydrogel swollen a large amount of water play an important role in decreasing the friction of medical catheter materials.In addition,when the catheter material is contact with the blood system directly,protein adsorption is inevitable.Therefore,study on the effect of protein adsorption on the surface friction behavior of hydrogel under low loading is of great significance for designing low friction medical catheters.In this work,the friction behaviors of the hydrogels with different chemical structures under low loading were investigated.The effects of charge(positive charge,negative charge,neutral),load,sliding rate,sliding substrate and absorption of bovine serum albumin on the friction behaviors were analyzed.When the PDMAAm hydrogel adsorbed the protein,the surface of the original neutral hydrogel surface transferred to a slightly negatively charged surface.Therefore,compared with the slightly negatively charged PDMAAm hydrogel as sliding substrate,a stronger interfacial repulsion occurred at the surface of strong negative charged PNaAMPS hydrogel as sliding substrate,and a thicker water lubrication layer at the sliding interface contributes to the low friction behaviors.
