CeO_(2)和TiO_(2)对二硅酸锂微晶玻璃析晶及其性能的影响

摘　　要：二硅酸锂微晶玻璃因为其良好的力学性能和美观性应用于牙科修复材料中.通过在SiO_(2)-Li_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)六元二硅酸锂微晶玻璃中添加不同比例的CeO_(2),利用DSC、XRD、SEM等手段分析了CeO_(2)对SiO_(2)-Li_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5)六元二硅酸锂微晶玻璃析晶及相关性能的影响.结果表明,添加CeO_(2)可以提高二硅酸锂的结晶度,同时可以提高力学性能,样品的最大抗弯强度为320.52±26.36 MPa,最大维氏硬度为6.91±0.25 GPa,最大断裂韧性为3.00±0.14 MPa·m^(1/2).色度学中,只添加CeO_(2)的样品颜色较深,而同时添加CeO_(2)和TiO_(2)的样品则具有黄色色调,可以满足一定的临床需求.Lithium disilicate glass ceramics are used in dental restorative materials because of their good mechanical properties and aesthetics.In this study,different proportions of CeO_(2) were added to SiO_(2)-Li_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5) hexagonal lithium disilicate glass ceramics.The effects of CeO_(2) on the crystallization and related properties of SiO_(2)-Li_(2)O-K_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)-P_(2)O_(5) hexagonal lithium disilicate glass ceramics were analyzed by means of DSC,XRD and SEM.The results show that the addition of CeO_(2) can improve the crystallinity and mechanical properties of lithium disilicate.The maximum bending strength of the sample is 320.52±26.36 MPa,the maximum Vickers hardness is 6.91±0.25 GPa,and the maximum fracture toughness is 3.00±0.14 MPa·m^(1/2).In colorimetry,the sample with only CeO_(2) added has a darker color,while the sample with CeO_(2) and TiO_(2) added at the same time has a yellow color,which can meet certain clinical needs.
