摘 要:氢能源被认为是未来最具发展潜力的二次能源,而电解水制氢是目前应用广泛的手段之一.同时,锌空电池因所需成本较低、对环境友好及能量密度高等优势引起了社会广泛关注.作为电解水和锌空电池的两个核心反应,即氧析出反应(OER)和氧还原反应(ORR)主要依赖于RuO_(2)/IrO_(2)和Pt/C等贵金属作为催化剂来降低反应的过电位.然而,由于贵金属高成本、资源稀缺等问题,其商业化应用被限制.基于此,本文通过水热法将Fe/Ru元素负载在富勒醇分子上以降低Ru的使用量,热处理后得到富勒醇锚定的Ru_(4)Fe合金电催化剂FeRu@C_(60)(OH)_(n)/NC.电化学测试表明FeRu@C_(60)(OH)_(n)/NC是一种高效双功能电催化剂,表现出良好的OER和ORR催化活性,且其性能可媲美商业催化剂IrO_(2)与Pt/C.以所得催化剂作为阳极活性材料组装的锌空电池表现出146.25 mW cm^(-2)的功率密度和良好的循环稳定性.该论文为制备新型高效双功能电催化剂提供了新的思路.Hydrogen energy is considered as the most promising secondary energy in the future,and hydrogen production by electrolysis of water is one of the most widely used methods at present.At the same time,zinc-air battery has attracted widespread attention due to its advantages of low cost,environmental friendliness and high energy density.The oxygen evolution reaction(OER) and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),which are the two core reactions of water splitting and zinc-air battery,mainly rely on noble metals,such as RuO_(2)/IrO_(2) and Pt/C as catalysts to reduce the overpotential of the reaction.However,due to the high cost and resource scarcity of noble metals,its commercial application is limited.Based on this,Fe/Ru element was loaded onto fullerenol molecules by hydrothermal method to reduce the use of Ru.After heat treatment,fullerenol-anchored Ru_(4)Fe alloy electrocatalyst FeRu@C_(60)(OH)_(n)/NC was obtained.The electrochemical tests showed that FeRu@C_(60)(OH)_(n)/NC was a highly efficient dual-function electrocatalyst with good OER and ORR catalytic activity,and its performance was comparable to that of commercial catalyst IrO_(2) and Pt/C.The Zn-air battery assembled with the obtained catalyst as anode active material showed a power density of 146.25 mW cm^(-2) and good cycling stability.The results provide a new idea for the preparation of novel and efficient dual-function electrocatalysts.
