摘　　要：整机有限元分析中,因螺栓结合部外载荷和结合面变形之间的非线性关系,包含结合部的模型建模非常困难.提出了在两连接构件间采用复合弹簧线性离散处理的方法,将含有螺栓结合部的机械结构等效为不含结合部的构件组合.基于螺栓结合面基础特性参数,给出了求解等效弹簧的刚度的解析方法.有限元分析建模时,将螺栓结合部由若干个等效弹簧等效,设置等效复合弹簧刚度值,得到具有结合部特性的分析模型,可以获得更准确的分析结果,实现了分析建模时复杂结合部问题的简单化处理.分析和实验结果表明,复合等效弹簧模型结合部固有频率接近含有结合部零件的实际固有频率,为工程应用中含螺栓结合部的结构进行有限元准确建模分析求解提供了一种可行方法.In finite element analysis of machine tools,it is quite difficult to create model with joint directly because of non-linear implicit function relationship between external loads and deformation of interface,a linear discretization method of equivalent composite spring is put forward to analyze bolt element joint.That is,the complex assembly containing joints can be equivalent with a simple component without joints.Meanwhile,based on the basic characteristic parameters of bolt joint surface,the stiffness of equivalent spring is obtained.In finite element analysis process,the bolt joint is equivalent with several equivalent composite spring,and the spring stiffens are imported,then model with bolt joint characteristic is established.More accurate analysis results were acquired and the complex assembly containing joints can be equivalent with a simple component.The verify between dynamic analysis and experimental results show that the inherent frequency of bolt joint incorporated with the equivalent composite spring can simulate the actual part inherent frequency,thus providing theoretical foundation for accurate joint modeling and an efficient and simplified calculating method in practice.
