摘 要:随着起搏科技的不断发展与进步,心脏起搏器现已成为治疗缓慢型心律失常最安全和有效的方法,对植入起搏器患者进行随访优化更是其治疗过程中不可或缺的一步。现已有一种基于腔内心电图的QuickOpt算法用于起搏器术后随访优化房室/室间间期以改善患者术后的心功能,但目前关于QuickOpt的综述较少,故现对QuickOpt的程控数据、效果对比、不足以及运动体态对其优化间期的影响等方面进行综述。希望给临床医师应用QuickOpt提供更好的依据,最大限度地发挥起搏器的生理起搏功能。With the continuous development and progress of pacing technology, pacemaker has become the most safe and effective method for the treatment of slow arrhythmias, and follow-up optimization of patients with pacemaker implantation is an indispensable step in the process of treatment.At present, there is a QuickOpt algorithm based on intracardiac electrogram for pacemaker follow-up to optimize atrioventricular/interventricular interval to improve cardiac function, but there are few reviews on QuickOpt.So this article will review the program control data, effect comparison, deficiency and the influence of exercise posture on QuickOpt optimal interval.It is hoped to provide a better basis for clinicians to apply QuickOpt and maximize the physiological pacing function of pacemakers.
