摘 要:传统起搏器的囊袋和起搏导线引起的相关并发症一直是临床应用中无法回避的问题,针对传统起搏器的上述不足,无导线起搏器随之诞生,并在心脏起搏领域取得了很大进展。尽管目前无导线起搏器已在临床上应用了一段时间,但其并发症及安全性仍备受关注。现综述无导线起搏器和传统起搏器并发症的发生情况,以评估无导线起搏器与传统起搏器相比在减少并发症方面是否更具优势。The related complications caused by the pocket and lead of the traditional pacemaker have always been an unavoidable problem in its clinical application.In view of the above shortcomings of traditional pacemaker, leadless cardiac pacemaker was born and made great progress in the field of cardiac pacing.Although leadless cardiac pacemaker has been used in clinic for a period of time, its complications and safety are still concerned.This article reviews the complications of leadless cardiac pacemaker and traditional pacemaker to evaluate whether leadless cardiac pacemaker has more advantages in reducing complications than traditional pacemaker.
