摘　　要：敏捷C2组织研究是基于信息时代战争设计思想,考虑不确定、复杂、动态和对抗组织环境条件下组织敏捷性需求和应用原理,形成的交叉研究领域。对C2组织相关概念内涵进行了辨析,总结了C2组织敏捷性研究情况,定义了敏捷C2组织关键要素,并提出了敏捷C2组织分层架构。按照目标过程、组织结构和运行支撑的分类,提出包含生成、运行和演进阶段的敏捷C2组织全生命周期模型。The research of agile C2 organization is based on the war design ideas of the information age,considering the requirements and application principles of organizational agility under the conditions of uncertainty,complexity,dynamics and confrontational organizational environment,it formed a cross research field.The concept and connotation related to C2 organization were discriminated,the research situation of C2 organization agility was summarized,the key elements of agile C2 organization were defined,and the hierarchical structure of agile C2 organization were proposed.According to the classification of objective/process,organizational structure and operation support,an agile C2 organization life cycle model including generation,operation and evolution stages was proposed.
