摘  要:面齿轮传动系统的动态特性影响设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。为揭示面齿轮在传动过程中的动力学及动态特性,建立了计及多状态啮合的面齿轮传动系统弯扭摆非线性动力学模型;数值计算了3种啮合状态下载荷分配率与动态啮合力的变化;定义3种不同的Poincaré映射,结合分岔图、最大Lyapunov指数谱、相图和动态啮合力的时间历程图,分析了载荷对系统啮合力及动力学特性的影响。结果表明,随着参数变化和单双齿交替啮合的发生,面齿轮传动过程中会出现脱啮、齿面啮合和齿背接触等复杂现象。研究可为提高面齿轮传动过程的平稳性提供理论依据。The dynamic characteristics of face-gear transmission system directly affect the stability andreliability of the equipment. In order to reveal the dynamics and dynamic characteristics of face-gear in thetransmission process, a nonlinear dynamic model of bending, torsion and pendulum of face-gear transmissionsystem considering multi-state engagement is established. The changes of the load distribution rate and dynamicmeshing force in three engaging states are calculated numerically. Three different Poincaré maps are defined,and the influence of load on the engaging force and dynamic characteristics of the system is analyzed by combin-ing bifurcation diagram, maximum Lyapunov exponent spectrum, phase diagram and time history diagram of dy-namic engaging force. The results show that with the change of parameters and the occurrence of single and dou-ble teeth alternate engagement, complex phenomena such as disengagement, tooth surface engagement and toothback contact will occur in the process of face-gear transmission. The research can provide a theoretical basis forimproving the smoothness of face-gear transmission process.
