摘 要:椰心叶甲是棕榈科植物最具毁灭性的害虫之一。该虫一生几乎藏匿于棕榈科植物心叶中取食危害,难以发现,监测困难。本文利用前期试验筛选出对该虫有较强驱避作用的9种植物挥发化合物,对准老人葵植株受害心叶部位喷洒,观察林间椰心叶甲的忌避行为,监测椰心叶甲发生动态。结果表明,在野外,肉桂醛、双戊烯和香茅醛等9种植物源挥发性气味化合物,对椰心叶甲有明显行为反应,可快速监测到老人葵植株是否受害。其中肉桂醛的驱避、胁迫效果最好,对于椰心叶甲成虫测报准确率达91.01%,对于3龄以上幼虫的测报准确率达85%以上,可以在生产中推广应用。Brontispa longissima is one of the most devastating pests of palm plants.The pest is almost hidden in the spear leaves throughout it's life,which is difficult to detect and forecasting.In this paper,nine kinds of plant volatile compounds with strong repelling effect on the insect were screened out by preliminary experiments,and sprayed on the damaged central leaves of Washingtonia filifera to observe the repellent behavior of the pest in the forest,and monitor the occurrence dynamic of the pest.The results showed that in the wild,9 kinds of plant volatiles compounds,including cinnamaldehyde,dipentene and citronellal,had obvious behavioral responses to the pest,and could quickly monitor whether the plam plants were damaged.Among them,cinnamicaldehyde has the best repelling and stressing effect.The prediction accuracy for adults of the pest is 91.01%,and the prediction accuracy for larvae above the third instar is over 85%,which can be popularized and applied in production.
