摘  要:为合理选取运输通道上的节点城市,更科学地开展运输通道布局工作,参考波罗的海—亚得里亚海通道的节点城市选取原则,归纳出城市定位、人口和面积、产业分布、交通发展4个指标;从这4个层面查阅、分析该通道上21个节点城市的现状条件,并基于模糊折中规划方法量化布局指标;将指标进行归一化处理后,结合模糊偏好思想计算权重,得出波罗的海—亚得里亚海通道21个节点城市的综合得分并给出重要度区间。结果表明:华沙、维也纳、布拉迪斯拉发以0.97, 0.92, 0.81的高分位列前三,为一级重要节点;拉韦纳得分0.2,分数最低,为四级重要节点;其他17个城市分列二、三等级。分析得出:综合得分大于等于0.2是成为节点城市的必要条件,首都和省份的首府是运输通道节点的必然之选,交通枢纽和产业发展强劲的大城市也是通道覆盖的重要对象。In order to reasonably select the node cities on the transportation corridors and scientifically carry out transportation corridor layout, the node city selection principle of the Baltic-Adriatic Sea corridor was referred to, and the four indexes including city positioning, population and area, industrial distribution,and transportation development were summed up. The current conditions of 21 node cities were analyzed from the four levels, and the layout indexes were quantified based on the fuzzy compromise programming method. After the indexes were normalized, the weights were calculated in combination with the fuzzy preference thought. The comprehensive scores of the Baltic-Adriatic Sea corridor node cities were obtained and the importance interval was given. The results showed that Warsaw, Vienna, and Bratislava ranked the top three with high scores of 0.97, 0.92 and 0.81, which were the first-level important nodes. Ravenna had a score of 0.2 which ranked as the fourth-level important node with lowest score.The other 17 cities were ranked second and third. Through the analysis, it could be concluded that a comprehensive score of greater than or equal to 0.2 is a necessary condition for the selection of node cities, the national capital and provincial capital are the inevitable choices of transportation corridor nodes, and the transportation hubs and large cities with strong industrial development are also important targets for corridor coverage.
