摘 要:为明确多聚磷酸(polyphosphoric acid, PPA)改性沥青技术现状,解决其路用难题,促进其进一步推广应用,综述了PPA改性沥青技术在科研及工程方面的研究进展。首先,从组分、化学反应和微观结构方面揭示了PPA对沥青的化学改性机理;其次,重点分析了PPA对沥青及沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律;接着,评价了国内外PPA改性沥青路面工程应用及服役情况;最后,展望了PPA改性沥青未来的研究方向。结果表明,PPA能与沥青组分发生化学反应,使沥青质含量增加。PPA的掺入有助于提高沥青的高温性能、抗老化性能、疲劳特性,但其对沥青水稳性能和低温性能的影响仍需深入研究。目前PPA改性沥青技术尚无配套应用指南,同时缺少PPA改性沥青试验路段的长期观测,制约了PPA改性沥青技术在我国的推广应用。规范、统一的PPA改性沥青及路用标准及施工技术是未来研究的重点方向。In order to clarify the technical status of polyphosphoric acid(PPA) modified asphalt technology, solve its road problems and promote its further application, this paper summarized the research progress of PPA modified asphalt technology in scientific research and engineering. Firstly, the mechanism of chemical modification of asphalt by PPA was revealed from the aspects of composition, chemical reaction and microstructure. Secondly, the impact of PPA on the pavement performances of asphalt and asphalt mixture were analyzed. Tirdly, the application and service of PPA modified asphalt pavement at home and abroad were evaluated. Finally, the future research direction of PPA modified asphalt was put forward. The results show that PPA can react with asphalt components to increase asphaltene content. The addition of PPA can improve the high-temperature performance, anti-aging property and fatigue capacity of asphalt, but its influence on water stability and low-temperature performance of asphalt still need further exploration. At present, there is no supporting application guide for PPA modified asphalt technology, and there is a lack of long-term observation on the PPA modified asphalt pavement, which restricts the promotion and application of PPA modified asphalt technology in China. Standardized and unified road standard and construction technology of PPA modified asphalt are the key directions of future research.
