摘 要:为探索能缓解穿心莲连作自毒障碍的复合肥和生物炭的最佳配比,试验设复合肥0、112.5、225 kg/hm2三个梯度,生物炭0、112.5、225、337.5、450 kg/hm2五个梯度,研究不同处理对连作两年穿心莲的生长、生理指标和产量的影响。结果显示:随着施肥量和施炭量的增加,形态指标方面,株高、叶片数、分蘖数、茎粗、根系表面积均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,根冠比呈现先下降后上升的趋势;生理指标方面,叶绿素含量、根系活力、POD含量、SOD含量、CAT含量均呈现先升高后下降的趋势,MDA含量呈现先下降后上升的趋势;产量呈现先上升后下降的趋势。C337.5F112.5处理的形态、生理、产量指标均达极值。生物炭和复合肥在每公顷337.5 kg和112.5 kg配施的条件下,连作两年穿心莲产量较高,两者配施能有效缓解穿心莲的连作自毒障碍,且加炭比施肥的缓解连作障碍效果要好。Experiment of Andrographis paniculata was conducted to find out the optimum ratio of compound fertilizer and biochar which can alleviate its autotoxicity. Three gradients of 0, 112.5, 225 kg/hm2of compound fertilizer and five gradients of 0, 112.5, 225, 337.5, 450 kg/hm2of biochar were set to study the effects of different treatments on the growth, physiological indexes and yield of Andrographis paniculata in consecutive monoculturing for two years. There is a trend from high to low for morphological indexes of plant height, leave number, tillers, stem diameter and root surface area with the increase of fertilization and carbon application, while the root shoot ratio decreased first and then increased;In terms of physiological indexes, chlorophyll content, root activity, POD content, SOD content and CAT content increased first and then decreased, while MDA content decreased first and then increased;In terms of output indicators, it also showed a trend of rising first and then falling. In a word, the extreme value was reached at C337.5F112.5for most of the combinations when biochar and compound fertilizer were applied at 337.5 kg and 112.5 kg per hectare, the yield of continuous cropping Andrographis paniculata was higher for two years. The combined application of biochar and compound fertilizer could effectively alleviate the autotoxic barrier of continuous cropping Andrographis paniculata, and the effect of adding carbon was better than that of applying fertilizer to alleviate the obstacle of continuous cropping.
