制度型开放对企业效率的影响及机制研究

摘　　要：以自由贸易试验区的设立作为制度型开放的准自然实验,采用双重差分模型考察制度型开放对企业效率的影响。结果发现:制度型开放显著提升了企业效率,PSM-DID检验后结论仍然成立;企业效率受制度型开放影响的程度与企业技术创新能力有关,企业技术创新能力越强,制度型开放对企业效率的影响越大;而交易费用在制度型开放影响企业效率中起到中介效应。研究结论通过了稳健性检验。Taking the establishment of the pilot free trade zone as a quasi-natural experiment of institutional openness, this paper analyzes the effect of institutional openness on enterprise efficiency by the Differential and Difference model. Results show that institutional openness significantly improves enterprise efficiency, and the conclusion is still valid after PSM-DID test. The degree of influence of institutional opening on firm efficiency is related to firm’s technological innovation ability, the stronger the technological innovation ability of firm, the greater the influence of institutional opening on firm efficiency. Transaction cost plays a mediating role in the influence of institutional opening on firm efficiency. Conclusion The results pass the robustness test.
