摘  要:随着人口老龄化问题日渐突出,中风的发病率将会逐年提升。中医治未病思想在疾病预防和进展方面的应用由来已久,中医药治疗中风类疾病和动脉硬化性疾病效果显著。动脉粥样硬化是脑卒中特别是缺血性脑卒中发病的重要特征,若能将未病先防的中医治病理论应用于预防动脉粥样硬化和脑卒中的防治,减少卒中发病率,将是一件利国利民的事情。本文就目前卒中发病率、卒中中心建设现状、动脉粥样硬化病因病机及治疗方法进行总结,从中医治未病角度探讨动脉粥样硬化筛查和治疗对卒中预防的意义。As the problem of population aging becomes increasingly prominent,the incidence of stroke will increase year by year. Preventive treatment of disease has a long history of application in preventing the occurrence and progression of diseases. TCM is effective in treating stroke-like diseases and arteriosclerotic diseases. Atherosclerosis is an important feature of stroke,especially of ischemic stroke. If the theory of preventing disease before it arises can be applied to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and stroke,and reduce the incidence of stroke,which will benefit the country and the people. This study summarized the current incidence of stroke,the current status of stroke center construction,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of atherosclerosis,and discussed the significance of atherosclerosis screening and treatment for stroke prevention from the perspective of preventive treatment of disease.
