基于五体辨证探讨中医外治在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡为消渴日久所形成的下肢慢性难愈性溃疡,以脏腑气血失和、疮面全层“皮、肉、脉、筋、骨”动态病变为特点。基本病机为本虚标实,局部可见五体病机演变。五体辨证为中医外治的重要依据,是指导外治时机、方法、用药的核心内容。因此本文将从中医理论和现代医学角度,对五体辨证理论在外治法及糖尿病足溃疡的治疗进行初步阐述。Chronic ulcer of lower limbs caused by diabetes foot ulcers( DFU) is characterized by dynamic lesions of skin,flesh,vessels,tendons and bones. The basic pathogenesis is of deficiency in root and excess in manifestation,and the pathogenesis evolution of five body constitutions can be seen locally. The syndrome differentiation of five body constitutions is an important basis for guiding TCM external therapies and is also the core content of guiding external treatment timing,methods and medication. Therefore,from the perspective of TCM theory and modern medicine,this study preliminarily expounded the theory of the syndrome differentiation of five body constitutions in terms of TCM external therapies in treating DFU.
