清心莲子饮加减在慢性肾脏病的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病发病率逐年上升,随着肾功能的减退,可发展为终末期肾病。大量医学研究表明经典名方清心莲子饮能够有效减少蛋白尿、血尿,调节免疫功能,增强抵抗力,改善愈后且安全性好。此方在慢性肾脏病中应用甚广,在治疗慢性肾炎、IgA肾病、肾病综合征、慢性肾盂肾炎、糖尿病肾脏疾病等慢性肾脏病中有明显优势,可以有效改善患者症状,疗效颇为理想,弥补西药治疗肾脏疾病中的不足之处,现就清心莲子饮在慢性肾脏病的应用进行综述。The incidence of chronic kidney diseases( CKD) are increasing year by year. As renal function deteriorates,CKD may progress to end-stage renal diseases. A large number of medical studies have shown that the classic prescription,modified Qingxin Lianzi Decoction,can effectively reduce proteinuria and hematuria,regulate immune function,enhance resistance,improve recovery and have good safety. This prescription is widely used in CKD,and has obvious advantages in treatment of chronic nephritis,IgA nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,chronic pyelonephritis,diabetic kidney disease,and other kidney related diseases. It can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients,make up for the disadvantages of western medioation in treatment of CKD,and has an ideal curative effect. This study reviewed the application of modified Qingxin Lianzi Decoction for CKD.
