第32届东京奥运会中国女排失利原因分析

摘　　要：该文运用录像观察法、数理统计法、文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,对2020年东京奥运会中国女排小组赛对阵土耳其、美国、俄罗斯女排均失利的战绩进行统计分析,找出中国女排失利的诸因素并进行分析。建议:(1)大力培养并启用新生代球员,加快新老球员的交替衔接,增加新生代球员的大赛经验,培养新一批主力阵容;(2)大胆创新战术打法,探索新的战术打法体系,突破常规的打法机制;(3)稳定和摆正心态,减少自身失误,重视思想队伍建设;(4)以赛促练,多参加大型比赛,培养队员的大赛适应能力。By using video observation method,mathematical statistics method,literature method and comparative analysis method,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the failure of Chinese women’s volleyball team against Turkey,The United States and Russia in the group match of 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,and finds out the factors of the failure of Chinese women’s volleyball and makes analysis.Suggestions:(1)Vigorously cultivate and use new players,speed up the transition of new and old players,increase the experience of new players in matches,and cultivate a new group of main players;(2)Boldly innovate tactical play,explore new tactical play system,and break through conventional play mechanism;(3)Stabilize and straighten out the mentality,reduce their own mistakes,and attach importance to the construction of the ideological team;(4)Promote training through competition,participate in more large-scale competitions,and cultivate the adaptability of team members.
