摘　　要：该文对比赛进攻中前中后场三区域中无球跑动方式进行阐述,旨在说明无球跑动的方式应根据三区域防守特征来决定。随着现代足球的发展,在进攻中如果跑动接应的位置不理想,就无法形成良好的接应球的空间,也就无法创造有利的传球与射门机会。不同区域的队员需要通过有效无球跑动来为自己或队友创造进攻机会与空间。无球跑动不仅可以丰富持球者的传球路线,也可提高进攻的灵活性。该文最终目的是提高队员的无球跑动意识及临场阅读比赛的能力。This paper expounds the way of ballless running in the three regions of the front,middle and back field of the game attack,aiming to explain that the way of ballless running should be determined according to the defensive characteristics of the three regions.With the development of modern football,if the position of running in the attack is not ideal,it can not form a good space for the ball,and can not create a favorable pass and shot opportunities.The players in different regions need to create offensive opportunities and space for themselves or teammates through effective ballless running.Ballless running ball can not only enrich the pass route of the players,but also increase the flexibility of attack.The ultimate goal of this paper is to improve the players’awareness of ballless running thinking and on-site reading ability.
