从管理体制视域分析德国足球职业联赛及其启示

摘　　要：面对当今中国足球职业化联赛管理体制中暴露出的问题,该文将视野转向欧洲五大联赛之一的德国职业足球联赛,它的成功运营与完善优秀的管理体制密不可分,通过对其分析,从其组织结构、制度法律建设、运行机制等角度吸取有利于中超联赛发展的经验。在借鉴优秀管理体制同时,从尊重本国国情角度出发,因地制宜地建立一个各层级组织决策民主化,参与职业化联赛各方利益均衡化,管理法规与制度健全化,职业联赛管理透明化的新联赛环境,为中国足球职业联赛的稳固发展,寻找新的方向。Facing the problems exposed in the management system of the professional football league in China,this article turns to the German Professional Football League, one of the five major leagues in Europe. Its successful operation is closely related to its perfect and excellent management system. Through its analysis, we can learn the experience beneficial to the development of China Super League from the perspective of its organizational structure, institutional and legal construction and operating mechanism. While learning from the excellent management system, from the perspective of respecting the national conditions, we should establish a new league environment with democratic decision-making at all levels, balanced interests of all parties participating in professional league matches, sound management regulations and systems, and transparent management of professional league matches according to local conditions, so as to find a new direction for the stable development of Chinese football professional league matches.
