摘 要:近年来,原水嗅味物质含量较高,且严重影响了饮用水的口感和用户的身体健康。因此,对上海H水厂2021年度进厂原水中的嗅味物质二甲基异莰醇(2-methylisoborneol, 2-MIB)、土臭素(geosmin, GSM)利用气相色谱-质谱法进行检测。H水厂进厂原水的主要致嗅物质为2-MIB、GSM,其浓度均基本低于检出限。对2-MIB年变化规律进行探索,发现夏秋季浓度高于春冬季节,且9月达到全年最高值(19.04 ng/L)。GSM浓度基本全年低于检出限,无明显的年变化规律。之后,对2-MIB、GSM浓度变化的影响因素进行研究,发现藻类及水温与2-MIB浓度之间呈显著正相关性,是影响浓度变化的主要因素。其中,硅藻、蓝绿藻是造成变化的主要藻类,而浑浊度、耗氧量、氨氮与2-MIB浓度之间无显著相关性,不是其变化的影响因素。GSM浓度与藻类、水温、浑浊度、耗氧量、氨氮之间均无显著相关性。In recent years, the raw water has high content of odor substances, which have seriously affected the taste of drinking water and the health of users. Therefore, the odor substances 2-methylisoborneol(2-MIB) and geosmin(GSM) in the raw water of Shanghai WTP H in 2021 were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) analysis method. The main odor-causing substance in the raw water of WTP H was 2-MIB and GSM, the concentrations were basically lower than the detection limit. Through exploring the annual variation law of 2-MIB, it was found that the concentration in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter, and reached the annual maximum value of 19.04 ng/L in September. The GSM concentration was basically lower than the detection limit throughout the year, so there was no obvious annual change law. After that, the influencing factors of concentration change of 2-MIB and GSM were studied. It was found that algae and water temperature were significantly positively correlated with 2-MIB concentration, which were the main factors affecting the change of 2-MIB concentration. Among them, Diatoms and Cyanobacteria were the main algae causing the change. Turbidity, oxygen consumption and ammonia nitrogen had no significant correlation with 2-MIB concentration, and were not the influencing factors. There was no significant correlation between GSM concentration and algae, water temperature, turbidity, oxygen consumption, ammonia nitrogen.
