摘 要:以兰溪某水厂沉淀水为原水进行炭砂滤池升级改造中试研究,考察炭砂滤池对有机物的去除效果,探究炭砂滤池的反冲洗方式、炭砂比例和活性炭耐久性。结果表明,炭砂滤柱的最佳反冲洗方式为17 L/(s·m^(2))气冲2 min+停顿1 min+10 L/(s·m^(2))水冲8 min,最佳炭砂层厚度为800 mm和600 mm。1#滤柱浑浊度平均去除率为88.61%,耗氧量平均去除率是砂滤池的近3倍,氨氮和NO2--N的峰值分别为0.25 mg/L和0.083 mg/L,2-甲基异莰醇和土臭素去除率高达92.21%和95.39%。活性炭上层碘值和亚甲蓝值下降幅度仅为2.03%和4.95%,反冲洗前后生物量分别为187.0 nmol P/g和98.2 nmol P/g。以上结果表明,炭砂滤池对包括嗅味物质在内的有机物具有良好的去除能力,是活性炭物理吸附和微生物共同作用的结果,预期有较长的使用寿命,但需关注无曝气条件下潜在的NO2--N积累风险。Using sedimented water from a water treatment plant(WTP) in Lanxi as raw water, pilot study on the upgrading of carbon-sand filter was carried out to investigate the removal effect of organic matter and to explore the backwashing mode, carbonsand ratio and durability. The results showed that the best backwashing method of carbon-sand filter was 17 L/(s·m^(2)) air flushing for 2 min+pause for 1 min+10 L/(s·m^(2)) water flushing for 8 min. And the optimum thickness of carbon sand layer was 800 mm and600 mm. The average removal rate of turbidity was 88.61%, and the average removal rate of chemical oxygen demand was nearly 3 times that of sand filter. The peak values of ammonia nitrogen and nitrous oxide were 0.25 mg/L and 0.083 mg/L,respectively. The removal rates of 2-methylisoborneol and geosmin were as high as 92.21% and 95.39%, respectively. The iodine adsorption and methylene blue adsorption of the upper layer of activated carbon decreased by only 2.03% and 4.95%, and the biomass was 187.0 nmol P/g and 98.2 nmol P/g respectively before and after backwashing. The above results show that the carbonsand filter has a good ability to remove organic matter including odor substances, which is the result of the physical adsorption of activated carbon and microorganisms, and is expected to have a long service life. However, attention should be paid to the potential risk of nitrous oxide accumulation under non-aeration conditions.
