摘 要:随着城市的不断发展,供水管网规模不断扩大,尤其是超大型城市,输配距离长且结构错综复杂,部分区域容易出现流速慢、水龄较长和余氯空间分布不均的情况。同时,受季节的影响,局部管网末梢点余氯衰减速率快,导致末端微生物风险增加。供水管网补充加氯工艺被认为是一种优化消毒方式,能够在保障水质安全的前提下使整个供水系统的消毒方式更加科学合理。文中介绍了供水管网补充加氯在上海的应用和实践,根据工艺实际运行情况,结合企业供水目标和管理需求,提出合理的补氯指标、控制条件和保障措施,实现管网加氯工艺优化和精准控制,为供水管网补充加氯工艺的运行和管理提供了借鉴和思考。With the continuous development of cities,the scale of water distribution network is expanding,especially in megacities,where the water distribution distance is long and structure is too complicated.As a result,water in some areas is more likely to have slow flow rate as well as long water age,and easy to causeuneven distribution of residual chlorine in the network.At the same time,affected by seasonal factors,the residual chlorine at local end points decays rapidly,and the microbial risk is increased.The supplementary chlorination process of the water supply network is considered to be an optimized disinfection method,which can make the disinfection method of the entire water supply system more scientific and reasonable under the premise of ensuring the safety of water quality.This paper introduces the application and practice of supplementary chlorination in Shanghai water supply networks.According to the actual operation experiences,combined with the water supply objectives and management needs of water utilities,reasonable chlorine replenishment indicators,control conditions and safeguard measures are proposed to achieve optimization and accurate control of the process,which provide reference and thinking for the operation and management of the supplementary chlorination process in urban water supply networks.
