摘 要:为研究输配水过程中管网因素管材、管龄、供水距离对水中金属元素赋存形态的影响,文中以南方N市实际管网水为研究对象,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定水中16种金属元素总量、悬浮态和可溶态含量。结果表明:灰口铸铁管的管网水中铁总量与两形态含量比球墨铸铁管略高。对于在役的球墨铸铁管,当管龄小于5年或大于20年,管网水中总铝、总铁、总锰略高,但增幅有限;当管龄为6~20年时,其对管网水中铁、锰、铝含量的影响并不显著;当灰口铸铁管管龄为21~32年时,随管龄的增加,管网水中铝、铁、锰的总量和两形态含量逐渐增加;随供水距离的增加,管网水中铝、铁、锰的总量、两形态含量略有增加,锌略有下降。建议在条件允许下,优先选择球墨铸铁管为新建供水管道和老旧灰口铸铁管的替换管材;对管龄小于5年或大于20年的球墨铸铁管,应加强水质监测和冲洗排放频率;在供水距离大于15 km的管网点位可适量补加氯,以减少管道内壁铁等金属元素的释放。In order to study the effects of pipe network factors, pipe material, pipe age and water supply distance on the occurrence forms of metal elements in water during water transmission and distribution, taking the actual pipe network water in N City in south China as the research object, the total amount, suspended and soluble contents of 16 metal elements in water were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the content of total iron and two forms in the water supplied by gray cast iron pipe was slightly higher than that of ductile cast iron pipe. For in-service ductile cast iron pipes,when the pipe age was less than 5 years or more than 20 years, the total aluminum, total iron and total manganese in the water in the pipe network were slightly higher, but the increase was limited;when the pipe age was 6 ~20 years, its influence on the content of iron, manganese and aluminum in the pipe network water was not significant. When the gray cast iron pipe was 21~32 years, the total amount and two forms of aluminum, iron and manganese in the pipe network water gradually increases with the increase of pipe age.With the increase of water supply distance, the total amount and two forms of aluminum, iron and manganese in the pipe network water increases slightly;zinc decreased slightly. It is suggested that ductile iron pipes should be preferentially selected as new water supply pipes and replacement pipes material for old gray cast iron pipes if conditions permit;for ductile cast iron pipes with pipe age less than 5 years or more than 20 years, strengthen water quality monitoring and flushing discharge frequency;chlorine can be added at the pipe network points with water supply distance greater than 15 km to reduce the release of iron and other metal elements in the inner wall of the pipeline.
