摘 要:随着工农业的迅速发展,水环境污染越来越严重,这对人类的生存环境和社会经济发展产生了重要影响。针对江河湖泊疏浚过程中产生的疏浚污泥,首先对污泥进行沉淀浓缩,随后进行加药调理,改变其脱水性能,最后采用机械脱水的方式对底泥进行快速脱水处理,即可实现疏浚污泥的减量化处置。文中通过梳理相关疏浚污泥脱水常用的工艺流程及脱水效率评估方法,结合针对疏浚污泥脱水固化的工程项目和现场应用的经验,总结归纳了疏浚污泥固化脱水工程中脱水效率评价方法和机械脱水设备的选型思路,拟为后续不同地区的疏浚污泥脱水工程提供参考。With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, water environment pollution is becoming more and more serious, which has an important impact on human living environment and social and economic development. Aiming at the dredged sludge produced in the dredging process of urban lake, the sludge is firstly precipitated and concentrated, and then treated with medicine to change its dehydration performance. Finally, the sediment is dehydrated quickly by mechanical dehydration, which can effectively reduce the disposal of sludge. This paper by analyzing about the technological process of sludge dewatering commonly used and dewatering efficiency evaluation methods, combined with finished in view of the solidified sludge dewatering project and field application experience, sums up the dredging sludge dewatering engineering of the curing efficiency evaluation method and the mechanical dewatering equipment type selection. It provides a reference for the subsequent dredge sludge dewatering project in different areas.
