摘 要:采用真空-堆载联合预压法对上海某填埋场的非规范填埋污泥库进行原位治理,通过数值模拟与实测数据的对比,分析了填埋污泥在真空-堆载联合预压下沉降规律及数值模拟中参数取值。结果表明,经12个月真空-堆载联合预压,原来厚为4.1 m的填埋污泥库可沉降约1.9 m,含水率由80.0%下降至53.9%~56.0%,污泥抗剪强度达到36.2~49.8 kN/m^(2),污泥脱水效果良好。采用实测数据对沉降模拟进行验证,本污泥库预压法沉降计算的经验系数为0.9,表明污泥在真空固结中产生一定淤堵效应,而通过在真空预压后期施加堆载对脱水效果提升明显,较单真空预压的理论沉降量可提高约61%,说明此处理方法在非规范填埋污泥库治理中具有一定的应用前景。The vacuum-mound preloading method is used to dewater the piled sewage sludge of a landfill site in Shanghai.The settlement regulation of the non-standard sludge landfill and the parameter value in the simulation are analyzed by comparison between numerical simulation and measured data.The results show that the piled sewage sludge is settled about 1.9 m from 4.1 m after 12 months of vacuum-mound preloading.The water content of the non-standard sludge landfill decreases from 80%to 53.9%~56.0%,and its shear strength reached 36.2~49.8 kN/m^(2),which shows a satisfying dewatering effect.Verified by the measured data,the simulation results show that the non-standard sludge landfill exhibit the silting effect in vacuum consolidation and its empirical coefficient in settlement calculation is valued as 0.9.However,the dewatering effect can be improved obviously by applying mound at the later stage of vacuum preloading,and the theoretical settlement can be increased by about 61%,which show a certain application prospect in the treatment of piled sewage sludge.
