摘　　要：目的 探讨金玉含漱液对颅脑损伤气管切开患者口腔护理的效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年1月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的颅脑损伤气管切开患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予生理盐水进行口腔护理,观察组给予金玉含漱液进行口腔护理。比较2组患者口腔舒适度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、卫生状况[Beck口腔评估量表(BOS)]、口腔并发症及感染发生情况等。结果 2组患者护理1、5 d后VAS评分均明显高于护理前,BOS评分均明显低于护理前,且观察组患者护理1、5 d后VAS评分均明显高于对照组,BOS评分均明显低于对照组,口腔并发症发生率、感染率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 金玉含漱液可改善颅脑损伤气管切开患者口腔舒适度、卫生状况,减少口腔并发症,有利于感染的控制。Objective To discuss the effect of Jinyu gargle on oral nursing in patients with craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy from July 2021 to January 2022 the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40) according to random table.The control group was given normal saline for oral care,while the observation group was given Jinyu gargle for oral care.The oral comfort [visual analogue scale(VAS) score],health status [Beck oral score(BOS)],complications and infection were compared between the two groups.Results After one and five days of nursing,the VAS scores of patients in the control group and observation group were higher than those before nursing,the BOS scores were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the VAS scores of the observation group after one and five days of nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the BOS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group.The incidence of oral complications and infection rates were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinyu gargle can improve oral comfort and hygiene of patients with craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy,it can reduce oral complications,and it is beneficial to the control of infection.
