摘 要:围手术期神经认知功能障碍(perioperative neurocognitive disorders,PND)是手术和麻醉后一种常见的并发症,包括记忆力的下降和行为、性格、认知功能的改变。PND可延长病人的住院时长,影响病人的生活质量,并可增加死亡风险。随着老龄化社会的到来,PND的发病率也随之增高,防治PND以缓解其带来的经济负担和社会负担已成为临床研究热点。尽管针对PND的研究已取得重大进展,但其发病机制仍不清楚,研究表明海马神经元的凋亡可能是潜在机制之一。脂质运载型前列腺素D合成酶(lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase,LPGDS)是β-淀粉样蛋白(β-amyloid protein,Aβ)主要的分子伴侣,可通过调控神经元凋亡改善认知功能。本文就L-PGDS在PND中的作用进行综述,旨在为防治PND提供新的思路。Perioperative neurocognitive disorders(PND)is a common complication after surgery and anesthesia,often manifesting as memory loss and changes in behavior,personality,and cognitive function.PND can prolong the length of staying in hospital,affect the quality of life of patients,and increase the risk of death.With the advent of the aging society,the incidence of PND is also rising gradually.Therefore,prevention and treatment of PND to alleviate the economic and social burden has become a research hotspot.Although significant progress has been made in the study of PND,its pathogenesis remains unclear.Studies have shown that apoptosis of hippocampal neurons may be one of the underlying mechanisms.Lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase(L-PGDS)is the main molecular chaperone ofβ-amyloid protein(Aβ),which can indirectly improve cognitive function by regulating neuronal apoptosis.This article reviewed the role of L-PGDS in PND,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment for PND.
