摘  要:目的研究人本原理在入院护理评估单书写质量管理中的应用价值。方法将人本原理应用于科室入院护理评估单书写质量管理中,通过比较应用人本原理管理前后护理人员的入院评估单书写合格率,探讨人本原理的应用效果。结果经过应用人本原理加强管理,护理人员对护理文件书写的规范要求落实到位,工作责任心加强,入院护理评估单填写的漏项、错项均明显减少,文件书写合格率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理中,综合应用人本原理的相应原则,可以提高护理人员的工作责任感和认同感,激发其工作主动性和积极性,有助于提高护理入院评估单书写质量。Objective To study the application value of human-oriented principle written in quality control of Admission Nursing Assessment.Methods Applied Human-oriented principle to the quality control of department admission nursing assessment record.Compared the qualified rate of nursing record before and after application of humanoriented principle.Discussed the application effect of human-oriented principle.Results To apply human-oriented principle to enhance management,nursing staff full implement the code requirement written in nursing documents and stronger working responsibility.Moreover,leak and wrong items in Admission Nursing Assessment are significantly reduced.Thus,qualified rate were improved appreciably.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing management,while comprehensively applying the humanoriented principle,the working responsibility and identity of nursing staff are boosted,work initiative and enthusiasm are stimulated,and quality of nursing documents is improved.
