农村无偿献血意愿的影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：目的 了解农村居民无偿献血意愿的影响因素,并提出相应对策。方法 于2020年1-12月在某农村地区随机选取3个自然村为调查现场,对当地785名农村居民进行无偿献血相关知识问卷调查,分析影响其献血意愿的因素。结果 不同年龄、不同文化程度的居民无偿献血知识与政策得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有献血意愿组年龄、文化程度、献血知识得分、献血政策得分均与无献血意愿组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄<45岁、文化程度高中以上、无偿献血知识及政策得分为农村居民无偿献血意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 影响农村居民无偿献血意愿的影响因素较多,应加强对居民的宣传教育,尽可能提高其无偿献血相关知识及政策知晓水平,才能更好提高其献血意愿,推动国家无偿献血工作发展。Objective To understand the influencing factors of rural residents’ willingness to donate blood without compensation,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods Three natural villages were randomly selected as the survey site in a rural area from January to December 2020,The 785 local rural residents were investigated with a questionnaire on the knowledge of unpaid blood donation,and the factors affecting their willingness to donate blood were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the scores of unpaid blood donation knowledge and policy among residents of different ages and educational levels(P<0.05).There were significant differences in age,education level,blood donation knowledge score and blood donation policy score between the group with blood donation intention and the group without blood donation intention(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age<45 years old,education level above high school,unpaid blood donation knowledge and policy scores were the influencing factors of rural residents’ willingness to donate blood(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the willingness of rural residents to donate blood freely.Publicity and education of residents should be strengthened and improve their knowledge and policy awareness of unpaid blood donation as much as possible,so as to better improve their willingness to donate blood and promote the development of national unpaid blood donation.
