摘　　要：介绍血液透析伴高磷血症的流行病学和服药依从性的现状,分析国内外高磷血症患者服用磷结合剂依从性的影响因素,并探讨其用药依从性的干预措施,以期为医护人员采取措施提高血液透析伴高磷血症患者的服药依从性提供参考。This article introduces the epidemiology and status quo of medication adherence of hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia,analyzes the influencing factors of phosphate binder medication adherence in patients with hyperphosphatemia at home and abroad,and explores the intervention measures for medication adherence,in order to provide references for medical staff to take measures to improve the medication adherence in hemodialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia.
