摘　　要：2020年8月英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所(NICE)发布了《成人围手术期护理》指南,从为接受手术的患者提供信息和支持、加速康复计划、术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、疼痛管理6个方面共提出39条推荐意见,涵盖了围手术期护理的所有阶段。本文将从概述、推荐意见的解读、质量评价以及对未来研究的建议几个方面对其进行解读,以期为临床实践提供指导。In August 2020,the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE)released Guidelines for Adult Perioperative Nursing,which put forward 39 recommendation opinions from 6 aspects,such as providing information and support to patients undergoing surgery,enhancing recovery plan,preoperative nursing,intraoperative nursing,postoperative nursing and pain management,covering all stages of perioperative care.This article will interpret it from the aspects of overview,interpretation of recommendations,quality evaluation and suggestions for future research,in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.
