手术相关压力性损伤研究热点及趋势的文献计量和可视化分析

摘　　要：目的对手术相关压力性损伤的国际研究现状、热点和趋势进行文献计量和可视化分析,为国内手术室护理研究的开展提供借鉴和参考。方法通过Web of Science数据库核心合集检索2010—2020年关于手术相关压力性损伤的文献,利用文献计量学方法对每年发表文献篇数、期刊、第一作者、国家与机构、研究领域、累计发表文献每年的被引频次、高被引文献、关键词进行统计分析。使用CiteSpace 5.6.R2软件对纳入文献的关键词进行可视化聚类,分析研究方向和发展趋势。结果共检索到2450篇相关文献。自2010年起,每年发表的手术室护理研究相关文献数量呈现明显上升趋势。共有14个国家进行了相关研究,发表相关文献数量最多的国家是美国(893篇),其次是英国(192篇)、澳大利亚(168篇)和中国(162篇)。通过对关键词的被引频次分析,排名前5位的关键词分别是压力性损伤(pressure ulcer)、预防(prevention)、患病率(prevalence)、护理(care)和危险因素(risk factor);关键词聚类分析排名前5位分别是重建(reconstruction)、老年人(elderly)、氧化应激(oxidative stress)、知识(knowledge)和Braden量表(Braden scale);分类(classification)、脆弱(frailty)、量表(scale)、皮肤血流(skin blood flow)、肌肉皮瓣(myocutaneous flap)等关键词具有较高的中介中心性;新颖性分析中,不良事件(adverse event)、缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury)等方向近年来受到关注。结论国内手术室护理人员可借鉴国外经验扩展科研思路,在手术相关压力性损伤的研究对象方面重点关注老年人、脊椎损伤或机械通气患者,研究热点方向关注干预效果评价、风险评估、康复等方面,研究设计方面可尝试随机对照研究、危险因素分析、风险评估工具研制等。Objective To conduct bibliometric and visual analysis of the international research status,hot spots and trends of surgery-related pressure injury,so as to provide reference for the development of domestic Operating Room nursing research.Methods The literature on surgery-related pressure injuries from 2010 to 2020 was searched through the core collection of the Web of Science database,and bibliometrics was used to conduct statistical analysis on the number of published papers,journals,first authors,countries and institutions,research fields,the annual citation frequency of cumulative published papers,highly cited papers and keywords.CiteSpace 5.6.R2 software was used to visually cluster the keywords included in the literature and to analyze the research direction and development trend.Results A total of 2450 related literatures were retrieved.Since 2010,there was a clear upward trend in the number of publications related to Operating Room nursing research each year.A total of 14 countries have conducted relevant research,and the country with the largest number of published relevant papers was the United States(893),followed by the United Kingdom(192),Australia(168)and China(162).According to the citation frequency analysis of the keywords,the top 5 keywords were pressure ulcer,prevention,prevalence,care and risk factor.The top 5 keywords in cluster analysis were reconstruction,elderly,oxidative stress,knowledge and Braden scale.Keywords such as classification,frailty,scale,skin blood flow and myocutaneous flap have high mediating centrality.In novelty analysis,adverse events and ischemia reperfusion injury attracted attention in recent years.Conclusions Domestic Operating Room nurses can learn from foreign experience to expand scientific research ideas,focusing on the elderly,patients with spinal injuries or mechanical ventilation in terms of research objects for surgery-related pressure injuries.Research hotspots focus on intervention effect evaluation,risk assessment,rehabilitation,etc.In terms of research desi
