摘　　要：银屑病的发病率在全球呈逐年上升的趋势。随着对自我管理效能认识的加深,国内外关于银屑病患者自我管理效能的研究日益增多。本文对银屑病患者自我管理效能的相关概念、内容、影响因素以及干预措施进行综述,旨在为提高银屑病患者自我管理效能水平提供参考依据。The incidence of psoriasis in the world is increasing year by year.With the deepening of the understanding of self-management efficacy,the research on self-management efficacy of psoriasis patients at home and abroad is increasing.This article reviews the concepts,contents,influencing factors and intervention of self-management efficacy in patients with psoriasis,so as to provide a reference for improving the self-management efficacy of patients with psoriasis.
