摘　　要：目的探讨莫匹罗星软膏涂抹切口加无菌纱布包裹在包皮环切术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取青岛滨海学院附属医院及青岛市第三人民医院泌尿外科2019年9月至2021年9月的123例应用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切术患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据切口局部处理方法不同分为对照组(58例)和观察组(65例)。对照组患者切口采用凡士林油纱内衬无菌纱布包裹处理,观察组患者采用莫匹罗星软膏涂抹切口加无菌纱布包裹处理,两组均应用自粘绷带包扎。比较两组患者术后第2天时的换药疼痛评分、换药时间、术后10 d水肿评分、术后血肿发生率、术后感染发生率、术后1个月脱钉率、术后3个月患者的满意度评分。结果观察组患者术后第2天时的换药时间短于对照组,换药疼痛评分、术后10 d水肿评分、术后感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术后血肿发生率、术后1个月脱钉率及术后3个月患者满意度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论包皮环切术后应用莫匹罗星软膏涂抹切口加无菌纱布包裹可明显减轻患者痛苦,降低感染概率,减轻水肿,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of Mopirocin Ointment applied to incision and sterile gauze wrapping in patients after circumcision.Methods A total of 123 patients who underwent circumcision with disposable circumcision suture device in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Binhai University and the Third People′s Hospital of Qingdao from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.They were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the observation group(65 cases)according to different local treatment methods of incision.The incision of patients in the control group were wrapped with Vaseline gauze lined with sterile gauze,the incision of patients in the observation group were coated with Mupirocin Ointment and wrapped with sterile gauze.Both groups were wrapped with self-adhesive bandages.The pain score and time of dressing change on the second day after operation,edema score on the 10th day after operation,the incidence of postoperative hematoma,the incidence of postoperative infection,the rate of nail removal at 1 month after operation and patient satisfaction score at 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The dressing change time of the patients of the observation group on the second day after operation was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score of dressing change,the edema score on the 10th day after operation,and the incidence of postoperative infection of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative hematoma,the nail removal rate at 1 month after operation and the patient satisfaction score at 3 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Mopirocin Ointment applied to incision and sterile gauze wrapping after circumcision can significantly alleviate the pain of patients,reduce the probability of infection and r
