摘　　要：目的通过对临床医学综合期刊《中国临床研究》杂志论文被引情况进行分析,旨在为进一步提高期刊学术质量和影响力提供参考依据。方法根据中国知网(CNKI)提供的数据,对2015—2019年《中国临床研究》文献按照被引频次从高到低排序,根据限定被引频次法将被引频次≥15的论文归为高被引论文。对引用情况、被引频次排名前20位的论文、被引频次排名前10的学科、高被引和零被引论文进行整理和分析。结果2015—2019年文献量逐渐减少,总被引频次逐年增加。被引频次排名前20位的论文主要为临床研究、护理和综述文献,且主要集中于2016、2017年。篇均被引频次最高的学科为临床医学,其次为妇产科学、内分泌腺及全身性疾病。高被引文献栏目主要集中在临床研究、护理、论著栏目。零被引文献栏目主要集中在短篇报道、实验研究、调查研究、医疗技术等。结论加强重点选题策划和优秀论文的组稿,适时调整栏目设置,加强同行评议,严格把关文章质量,从而提高论文被引频次和期刊学术水平,也为相关研究提供借鉴参考。Objective To provide a reference for further improving the academic quality and influence of the journal by analyzing the citations of papers in the comprehensive journal of clinical medicine Chinese Journal of Clinical Research.Methods According to the data provided by China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the papers published in Chinese Journal of Clinical Research from 2015 to 2019 was sorted according to the cited frequency from high to low,and papers with a cited frequency of≥15 was classified as highly cited papers according to the limited citation frequency method.The citation situation,the top 20 papers by cited frequency,the top 10 subjects by cited frequency,and the highly cited and zero-cited papers were sorted and analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2019,the amount of literature gradually decreased,and the total cited frequency increased year by year.The top 20 papers by cited frequency was mainly clinical research,nursing and review,and was mainly concentrated in 2016 and 2017 years.The subject with the highest cited frequency was clinical medicine,followed by obstetrics and gynecology,endocrine glands and systemic diseases.The highly cited literature column mainly focused on clinical research,nursing,and original research.The zero-cited literature column mainly focused on short reports,experimental research,survey research,medical technology,etc.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the planning of key topics and the drafting of excellent papers,adjust the column settings in a timely manner,strengthen peer review,and strictly check the quality of the papers,so as to improve the cited frequency of papers and the academic level of journals,and also provide reference for related research.
