摘　　要：目的探讨移动终端健康服务平台管理在中青年2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月吉安市中心人民医院接收的136例中青年2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用基于移动终端健康服务平台管理。比较两组患者的血糖指标、自我管理能力和满意度。结果管理前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于管理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血糖监测、遵医用药、饮食控制及规律锻炼评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于移动终端健康服务平台管理效果显著,对中青年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制具有积极意义,可以改善患者血糖指标状,提升患者自我健康管理能力,增加其护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile terminal health service platform management in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 136 middle-aged and young patients with type 2 diabetes received by Department of Ji′an Central People′s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the research group adopted mobile terminal based health service platform management based on the control group.Blood glucose index,self-management ability,satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Before management,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before management,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of blood glucose monitoring,compliance with medical drugs,diet control and regular exercise in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management effect based on the mobile terminal health service platform is significant,which has positive significance for the blood sugar control of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.It can improve the patients′blood sugar indicators,enhance the patients′self-health management ability,and increase their nursing satisfaction.
