摘 要:通过分析计算田集发电厂1号炉脱硫增压风机振动故障数据,查找风机振动故障原因。通过叶片除锈、清灰,以及叶轮轮毂积灰、积油清理,使风机振动得到改善。最终通过精准高速动平衡,将风机振动水平控制在优秀水平,并详细介绍了风机振动处理过程与高速动平衡计算步骤。该振动故障处理经验可为同类型风机振动故障处理提供一定借鉴意义。By analyzing and calculating the vibration fault data of the desulphurization booster fan of No.1 boiler in Tianji Power Plant,the cause of the vibration fault was found,and the vibration of the fan was improved by removing rust and ash from the blades and cleaning the dust and oil from the impeller hub.Finally,the vibration level of the fan was controlled at an excellent level based on the precise high-speed dynamic balance.Details are described on the vibration treatment process of the fan and the calculation steps of high-speed dynamic balance.The experience of vibration fault treatment are available for reference in the treatment of same-type desulphurization booster fan vibration faults.
