摘 要:分析了现有五防系统存在的离线、走空程、操作往返问题,基于Lo Ra无线通信技术设计了风电场在线式五防系统,针对无线组网架构、通信交互方式、通信规约、电脑钥匙就地操作实时防误方案等内容进行了详细的阐述。对在线式五防系统进行测试,并与离线式五防系统进行了对比,结果表明,该风电场在线式五防系统方案可有效解决离线式五防系统存在的相关问题,满足升压站和风机操作实时防误的要求,可提升风电场检修操作效率和安全性。To solve the problem of current anti-maloperation system, such as offline, idle procedure, and round-trip during operation, the wind farm online anti-maloperation system plan is designed based on LoRa wireless communication technology. The wireless networking architecture, communication methods, protocols and smart key online real-time anti-maloperation program and other contents are elaborated in detail. The designed online anti-maloperation system is tested and compared with offline one. Test results show that the wind farm online anti-maloperation system can effectively solve the problems of offline anti-maloperation system, and fulfills the requirements of real-time anti-maloperation in operation of booster substations and wind turbines, which is available for improving the efficiency and safety of maintenance operations in wind farms.
