摘　　要：针对目前SF_(6)设备补气过程中“选头、配管、拆管、回收、运瓶”五大作业步骤中的难点,提出了一种SF_(6)设备全能充气管设计,实现了“充气头精量分类、充气头快接、截气阀增管锁气、缓压气囊储存更换充气头区间压力、增设回收管道尾气快接头”五项技术突破,有效提高了作业效率,实现了风险规避,杜绝了SF_(6)气体对环境的排放。In allusion to the difficulties in the five operation processes of"joint selection,tube connection,tube disassembly,tube recovery and transport of SF_(6) tanks"in the refreshment of SF_(6) gas for SF_(6) equipment at present,a design of multipurpose inflatable tubes for SF_(6) equipment is put forward such that five technical breakthroughs are achieved concerning"precise classification of inflatable heads,quick connection of inflatable head,additional tube locking by cut-off valve,pressure storage and replacement of inflatable head based on a slow-pressure air bag,and additional quick connection of exhaust gas to recovery pipeline",which effectively improves the operation efficiency,reduces the operation risks,and avoids the emission of SF_(6) gas to the environment.
