摘　　要：转向架作为高速动车组的走行部,其运行稳定性对高速车运营安全起着至关重要的作用。对某型车转向架轴温监测装置进行了研究。阐述了该车型转向架轴温监测装置的组成及温度传感器的分布及温度界面。针对轴温监测装置中轴温主机故障判断逻辑、轴温评估流程、故障诊断及状态处理进行详细分析,对生产调试及售后维护人员有一定的指导意义。As the running part of the high-speed EMU,the operation stability of the bogie plays a vital role in the operation safety of the high-speed train.The axle temperature monitoring device of bogie of a certain type of train is studied.The composition of the axle temperature monitoring device of the type of train bogie,the distribution of the temperature sensor and the temperature interface are described.The fault judgment logic,axle temperature evaluation process,fault diagnosis and state treatment of axle temperature host in axle temperature monitoring device are analyzed in detail,which has certain guiding significance for production commissioning and after-sales maintenance personnel.
