摘　　要：大型油气生产现场的生产对象特殊,存在一定的安全隐患,其中很大一部分隐患来自于操作维护过程以及操作维护人员。探讨了基于机械联锁装置的安全生产管理模式,针对油气行业的几种典型安全保护装置/设备的生产维护操作,设计实施了采用机械联锁装置规范操作流程的实际应用,实现安全操作过程可控,安全操作结果可预知,设备安全状态可见的安全管理目标,以期给新建及在役的大型油气工程的安全管理提供新的思路。Large scale oil and gas production sites have special production objects, and there are certain potential safety risks, a large number of the risk are caused by the operation and maintenance process and personnel. The safety production management mode based on mechanical interlocking device are discussed. Aiming at the operation of production and maintenance of several kinds of typical safety guarding device/equipment in oil and gas industry, the practical application of the standard operation process of mechanical interlocking device is designed and implemented to achieve the safety management goal of controllable safety operation process, predictable safety operation results and visible safety status of equipment, and to provide a new idea for the safety management of new and in-service large scale oil and gas engineering.
