摘 要:针对过程自动化行业的无线通信标准WirelessHART,WIAPA和ISA100.11a共存局面,带来标准之间互通性差、多标准支持设备研发周期长、成本高昂等问题。基于无线通信技术的进展,主流仪表厂家推出了融合ISA100.11a和WirelessHART标准的无线现场仪表,探讨了无线通信标准的融合对自控设计的思路影响,并根据现场需求和无线现场仪表的性能,从刷新率、电池、供电、传输距离等方面,分析比对了采用ISA100.11a和WirelessHART标准的产品特点,为用户和设计工程师提供了一些选型思路。The coexistence of wireless communication standards for the process automation industry: WirelessHART, WIA-PA and ISA100.11 a leads to poor interoperability among standards, long research and development cycle of muti-standard supporting equipment, high cost and other problems. Main instrument manufacturers have launched wireless field instrument, which converged ISA100.11 a and WirelessHART standard.the influence of wireless communication standard convergence on control engineering design. According to the field requirements and the performance of wireless field equipment, the product characteristics using ISA100.11 A and WirelessHART standards are analyzed and compared, from the aspects of refresh rate, battery, power supply, transmission distance, etc., which provides some selection ideas for users and design engineers.
