摘　　要：随着安全问题日趋严峻,为从根源上有效遏制和减少特重大事故的发生提出建立安全生产信息化管理平台,并增加人员在岗在位管理系统。根据该系统主要功能要求,介绍了当前主流的几种定位技术原理,并从多维度进行比较,选用了超宽带(UWB)定位技术。阐述了该技术的原理及特点,并就部署方案和效果做了详细的说明和分析。该系统的应用保障了危险化学品生产、运输和储存企业的安全性。s:With the increasingly severe safety issues,to effectively curb and reduce the occurrence of major accidents from the root causes,a platform for safety production information management is proposed to be established,and to add a management system for personnel on duty.According to the main functional requirements of the system,several current mainstream positioning technical principles are introduced.Ultra wide broadband(UWB)positioning technology is selected after comparison from multidimensional point.The principles and characteristics of the technology are expounded,and the deployment plan and effect are explained and analyzed in detail.The application of the system guarantees the safety of the enterprises with production,transportation and storage of hazardous chemicals.
