摘 要:为了实现对工业烟气粉尘浓度的精确测量,必须建立一套高精度准直光路系统,其中,对粉尘浓度激光二极管准直器的设计至关重要。分析了激光散射的原理,介绍了准直光路系统激光二极管准直器的结构,以及对该准直器关键部件的选择。通过Zemax光学仿真软件进行仿真设计。实验结果表明:激光准直器获得的光斑符合设计要求,能够满足粉尘浓度测量要求。To realize the accurate measurement of dust concentration in industrial flue gas, a set of high-precision collimating optical path system must be established, the design of laser diode collimator in the system for dust concentration is very critical. The principle of laser scattering is analyzed. The structure of the laser diode collimator of the collimating optical path system and the selection of the key components of the laser collimator are introduced. The simulation design is carried out by Zemax optical simulation software. The experimental results show that the light spot obtained by the laser collimator meets requirements of the design and the system measurement requirements are satisfied.
