摘 要:为了解南平市延平区猪布鲁氏菌病的感染状态,分别从该地区12个乡镇随机选择1个规模化猪场,每个猪场采集30份血清样品,共采集360份样本。先用布病虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)筛选,再用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(iELISA)和竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(c ELISA)复核。结果显示,虎红平板凝集试验共检出阳性血清样本54份,阳性率为15%,两种酶联免疫吸附试验检测均无阳性血清样本,表明延平区的猪场未存在布病感染的风险,在3种检测方法中,RBPT操作简单、灵敏性高,但假阳性率高,而ELISA特异性最好。In order to understand the infection status of swine brucellosis in Yanping district, Nanping city, a large-scale pig farm was randomly selected from 12 townships in the region. 30 serum samples were collected from each pig farm, and a total of 360 blood samples were collected. First, rose bengal plate test(RBPT) was used for screening, and indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(iELISA) and competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(cELISA) were used for rechecking. The results showed that 54 positive serum samples were detected by the tiger red plate agglutination test, with a positive rate of 15%, and no positive serum samples were detected by the two enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The conclusion was that there was no risk of brucellosis infection in the pig farms in Yanping district. Among the three detection methods, RBPT was simple and sensitive, but the false positive rate was high,and the specificity of ELISA was the best.
